Hey guys, I'm the last one the learn the "blogging thing" (thanks to Aften!)
So I'm thinking of either sweet and sour chicken or chicken enchiladas. If anyone has a preference, please let me know.

My kids love chicken enchiladas, but it would be good for them to try something new. Either one sounds great!
