We had the sweet pork a la Costa Vida the other night. We had the Messengers over and shared our grub and made a HUGE meal out of it! We made the dressing and the cilantro-lime rice. Todd also made some mango-pico-de-gallo. And we had all the fixins to make a great meal. Thanks Shauna!
