Thanks Tami for the delicious dinner! We all loved it! We have a similar meal that I make and we call it "Walking Tacos". We put the meat mixture on Fritos (or any chips) and top it with salad toppings. I like yours because it tastes a little bit more fresh than mine... LOVE IT!
