Sausage Lentil Soup

For whenever it is that we meet...
Recipe:
Evoo
onion
carrots
celery
chopped and sauteed
heat until tender remove from pan
cook sausage 1-2 links Italian
add chopped garlic
tomato paste 6 oz
8 c beef broth
diced tomatoes 1 can
Italian seasoning
pepper
1 cup lentils
parm cheese for top
add all together and cook until lentils are tender
30 minutes-45 minutes

frozen, just thaw heat and serve
