Amy's last post reminded me of something I have been wanting to post for a while. We had the enchiladas at our house a couple of weeks ago and I thought they were too soggy! I am sorry... I guess the freezer changed the texture of the tortillas and they kinda turned to mush. I hope everyone liked it anyway! Now I know not to put corn tortillas in the freezer! Sorry you guys had to be the guinea pigs!
